Gear and Equipment
Mwnci Studios is a cutting-edge hybrid tracking and mixing facility. We are especially proud of our Neve-style preamp/eq and compressors, which were hand built in-house.
Analogue fidelity, modern workflow..
Our front end is based around the esteemed Neve 1073 preamp EQ circuit. Our setup includes 32 channels of AML Neve-style preamp EQs, each paired with a 5250-style diode bridge compressor. The recording front end is routed through a fully analogue digitally-controlled patch bay, providing exceptional control and flexibility.
Conversion is managed by RME’s flagship M32 Pro AD/DA converters. For studio monitoring, we use ATC SCM Pro 150 speakers paired with a Quested VS1115B subwoofer, and the control room is also equipped with industry-standard Yamaha NS-10 speakers.
Amplifiers & Cabinets
We have an extensive collection of guitar amplifiers, cabinets and combos including Mesa Boogie, Diezel, Orange, Marshall.
Heads and cabs are routed through an Ampete switching system, allowing you to change amplifier and cabinet selection at the press of a button.
